I think swimsuits designs that are derived from the character's original outfit are good, though I like the idea of swimsuits that reflect the personality or interests of each character, like how i decorated Aerith's swimsuit with flowers (and if it was colored, it'd be pink).

Thank you! I think thats a really great idea...it would seem more like the girls to wear colors they already had in their outfits anyway! It would really show the char better. Thanks for the great advice, I think I will color her suit red and pink!

Ahh, so these are the FF swimsuits you mentioned. Hehe, to be honest, my first thought after seeing these was "don't be afraid to show off some skin with two-pieces"... but then I saw your older works and established that there probably wasn't any hesitation there. XD That said, I would still encourage two-pieces, and I think you might have fun trying out some more exotic designs, assymetrical stuff like a top with only one shoulder, or a bottom with a veil-like half-skirt. And always, play around with the shapes of the swimsuits themselves. Odd zigzag and curved patterns might not serve much function, but they're so engaging to look at! =P Hope this helps!
